Rigid Global Buildings Hosts Phoenix Construction at Indy 500

Congratulations to Dreyer & Reinbold for their 4th place finish in the Indianapolis 500. Rigid was fortunate to have the opportunity to take Phoenix Construction’s Shayne Howe and Brent McComb to the race as part of the sponsorship with the Indy racing team.

 

The MBCEA was in Houston Texas where they held their 43rd annual conference.  The conference kicked off with a golf tournament held at Oakhurst Golf Club in Kingwood, TX and then wrapped up with meetings and exhibitors at the Crowne Plaza in Houston. 

In addition to being a hole sponsor at the golf tournament, Rigid Global Buildings also held a plant tour for all of the MBCEA attendees.  This tour proved to be a great opportunity for some of the attendees as they got to see first hand the manufacturing process of a pre-engineered metal building.

Crystalline Solar PanelRigid offers two solar modules – crystalline modules and PV laminate modules.  Crystalline modules are typically less expensive and generate more energy.  They are mounted directly to a standing seam metal roof with specially designed clips to maintain a penetration free roof system, or if you have a conventional roof they can be applied utilizing a racking system.  If aesthetics are a concern, PV laminate modules are applied directly to a standing seam metal roof panel using a peel and stick application – also providing a penetration free roof system.  The PV laminate solar modules are flush with the metal roof providing a seamless effect on the roof system.
