JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Rigid Global Buildings is the leading manufacturer of steel buildings in the US. Our facilities employ state-of-the-art manufacturing and work flow processes to enable rapid building delivery. Rigid is also the industry leader in continuous quality improvement. Our satisfied customers include various market sectors such as aviation, commercial, industrial, institutional and residential to name a few. We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic District Manager for business development to join our team in Houston.

The District Manager will be developing sales strategies to expand business in the assigned territory through consultative selling of products and programs to construction industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales preferably in metal building / construction. Must be computer literate and available for some overnight travel. The salary range is between $30 to $60K plus commission. If you are a high energy sales professional who possesses a positive attitude and desire to close the deal, this is an amazing opportunity for you!

The District Manager will facilitate business development and expansion by prospecting architects, engineers, prospective GC’s and end customers in the assigned territory and promoting Rigid Global Buildings and the opportunities that an engineered building system can provide.

Additional responsibilities of District Manager include:

  • Working with Authorized Builders and as required management of assigned Authorized Builders
  • Maintaining existing and newly created relationships that are mutually beneficial
  • Providing take-offs and estimating for opportunities given

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

In this role the District Manager will demonstrate strong leadership skills in helping us to grow our business in the assigned territory selling the benefits and features of Ridge Global Building products and programs. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, must have an outgoing personality and professional appearance. Must be a closer.

Additional requirements of a District Manager include:

  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience; metal building/construction experience, preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs
  • Computer Literate Internet, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Some overnight travel required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our satisfied customers include various market sectors such as aviation, commercial, industrial, institutional and residential to name a few. We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Builder Developers for business development to join our team in the Southeast Denver area. The Builder Developers are inside sales representatives making sales and marketing business to business calls throughout the US and Canada. We will provide the training. The hours are 8am to 5pm. There are no evenings, weekends or traveling, so what are you waiting for? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Builder Developer is the inside sales representative who generates business by obtaining and qualifying accounts for the Building Sales Managers.

Additional responsibilities of Builder Developer include:

  • Using the internet to find prospect leads
  • Contacting and qualifying the prospects
  • Establishing a relationship with the prospects to obtain appointments so that the Building Sales Managers can make the sale and close the deal

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

In this role as the inside sales representative, the Builder Developer must be self-motivated, possess effective telephone communication skills, have an outgoing personality and enjoy selling.

Additional requirements of a Builder Developer include:

  • Computer Literate. Will use the internet to prospect and will train on Sales Force contact management system
  • 8 am to 5 pm no evenings or weekends or travel
