DISTRICT MANAGER (DM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:   Rigid Global Buildings currently has positions open for inside sales personnel in our Denver, CO and Houston, TX offices as well as select territories for field sales personnel.  The purpose of the DM is to provide Rigid incremental sales growth in the field territory assigned to the DM or within the region the DM is assigned.  The DM’s duties are to include, but not limited to: daily territory management, calling on architects, engineers, builders and end use customers promoting Rigid Global Buildings and the opportunities and possibilities that a pre-engineered building system can provide.

KEY RESPONSIBILILTIES:

• Maintain relationships with existing customer base
• Develop sales strategies to expand territory
• Prospect to develop new customer base according to sales strategy
• Provide estimates on building projects to customers

JOB SPECIFICATION: Required skills to include ability to read blueprints and do takeoffs.  General computer skills are a must.  Knowledge of Outlook and Word are required.  Excel a plus.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PERSON SPEC:  Outgoing personality with a neat and professional appearance.  Metal building experience preferred, however 3-5 years in a related field will be considered.

Field sales personnel must be available for overnight travel.  Expenses are reimbursed.

 CREDIT MANAGER

Rigid Global Buildings, a leader in pre-engineered steel buildings, has an immediate opening for a Credit Manager in Houston, TX.  Key responsibilities of this role include: protecting the organization’s assets by investigating financial status of customer and potential customers, approving credit applications, and collecting money based on the Company’s needs. 

The qualified candidate will review and establish credit terms for qualified customers, process credit applications and credit approvals, keep current regarding M&M Lien Laws, and file NOI’s as necessary to protect company rights.  In addition the Credit Manager will be required to speak with customers regarding claims and shortages and work as part of a team to accomplish the goals of the company.
