CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rigid delivers quality products on
time and fabricated to exact standards using automated CNC controlled
machinery and robotics throughout the manufacturing process. With
nearly 200,000 square feet dedicated to structural fabrication, Rigid
can handle virtually any project. Our professional staff of
engineers can assist with any and all technical inquiries. All
welding and welders are qualified in compliance with AWS D1.1 and D1.3
codes of construction. Management includes a welding engineer with
over 30 years of experience in the field of welding and an AWS Certified
Welding Inspector (CWI).
QUALITY CONTROL
As part of Rigid's commitment to
quality control, we are audited every year by AISC as part of Rigid's
AISC Category MB certification for the pre-engineered side of the
business. Our structural shop must complete the stringent
requirements of the AISC program, which ensures all customers with a
