BUILDER DEVELOPER (Construction Sales/ Marketing)

We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Builder Developers for business development to join our team in the Southeast Denver area. The Builder Developers are inside sales representatives making sales and marketing business to business calls throughout the US and Canada. We will provide the training. The hours are 8am to 5pm. There are no evenings, weekends or traveling, so what are you waiting for? The Builder Developer is the inside sales representative who generates business by obtaining and qualifying accounts for the Building Sales Managers.
Additional responsibilities of Builder Developer include:
- Using the internet to find prospect leads
- Contacting and qualifying the prospects
- Establishing a relationship with the prospects to obtain appointments so that the Building Sales Managers can make the sale and close the deal
In this role as the inside sales representative, the Builder Developer must be self-motivated, possess effective telephone communication skills, have an outgoing personality and enjoy selling.
Additional requirements of a Builder Developer include:
- Computer Literate. Will use the internet to prospect and will train on Sales Force contact management system
- 8 am to 5 pm no evenings or weekends or travel
