How can Rigid help you achieve LEED points?

Buying a metal building from Rigid you can qualify for up to 4 LEED Points.

SS Credit 6.2 Storm water Design - 1 POINT - You can limit disruption and pollution of natural water flow by managing storm water runoff but utilizing a gutter and downspout system on your metal building and collect the rainwater.  The rainwater can be used for landscape watering.

SS Credit 7.2 Heat Island Effect (Roof) - 1 POINT - You can reduce the heat island (the thermal gradient difference between  developed and undeveloped areas) by selecting a metal roof with an SRI value of 78 or higher (Low-Slope) or 29 or higher (Steep-Slope).

MR Credit 4.1 Recycled Content - 1 POINT - Framing, Sheeting and Trim material from Rigid assist in qualifying for the Recycled Content Point.
